Congruent with our Two Personalized Face to Face Consultations we offer
Consultation via e-mail and through telephone conversations. This personalized service will start from the date our services are retained and continues throughout your special event! 

Our Consultants will offer assistance with every detail from etiquette "how to" through to Recommendations for all
Etiquette Advisement
through to Guest lists, Invitations, Calligrapher and Event Favors
Select from our "Best of the Best" Venue Referrals 
of only the finest, Vendors in the the referral area!
Our consultants arrange Vendor Appointments 
We'll meet, and consider all Venue and Vendor Contracts and Arrangements
with special consideration to Contract and Pricing Negotiation and...if you desire, we'll distribute final balances and gratuities to the venues and vendors on your behalf 

We'll arrange, at your request,
An initial Itinerary along with a suggested timeline developed especially for your own needs
As we progress, we'll work together for a Final Itinerary and countdown to your event within just a month or two! We'll also provide a similar suggested and finalized timeline and itinerary to the Vendors you've chosen and Venue, as well as guests and participants you may choose.... 

Don't forget the delicious part of planning an event can be a menu tasting with a Caterer selected from our "Best of the Best" Vendor or Venue...or your own favorite selected Vendor.
Creating Quite The Stir will "Walk Through" your event at the Venue you've selected to discuss the set up, the floor plan and design ideas. 

Creating Quite The Stir will suggest and procure Hotel Accommodations for You and Your Guests should your special event "call" for just that. 

If your dream involves surprising guests with a special remembrance, from Gift Basket Ideas to memorable Photos, we'll discuss together to meet your needs.

Morning breakfast or brunch rehearsals and gatherings, late evening dinners are all part of the special attention our consultants can provide for your event! 

And, the actual day of your special event, Creating Quite The Stir offers nine continuous hours of coordination of your event!

These consultations are gladly arranged and as the circumstances allow, will bill at 
at $60.00 per hour
